Get a specific ballot paper

GET 
/elections/:electionId/ballotPapers/:ballotPaperId

Returns the requested ballot paper with all public information fields. The user of the API access token needs access to the linked election.

400

Too Many Requests. The user has sent too many requests in a given amount of time.
